2. Grundsatz
Two Ways. One Us ist ein Quiz für Paare. Alles, was ihr in der App anlegt, ist ausschließlich für euch beide bestimmt. Wir verkaufen keine Daten, zeigen keine Werbung und setzen keine Tracking- oder Analyse-Dienste ein.
3. Welche Daten wir verarbeiten
Die App funktioniert ohne Benutzerkonto. Wir fragen keine E-Mail-Adresse, keine Telefonnummer und keine Anschrift ab. Einen Vornamen und ein Profilfoto könnt ihr freiwillig angeben — beides ist ausschließlich für euch zwei sichtbar.

Vorname: Ihr gebt ihn beim Verbinden an, damit die App euch mit Namen anspricht. Ihr könnt einen beliebigen Namen oder Spitznamen verwenden und ihn jederzeit unter Partner ändern.
Profilfoto: Nur wenn ihr selbst eines aus eurer Galerie auswählt. Es wird dabei verkleinert und komprimiert; gespeichert wird ausschließlich diese kleine Kopie, nicht die Originaldatei. Es findet keine Gesichtserkennung und keine sonstige automatisierte Auswertung statt. Ihr könnt das Foto jederzeit wieder entfernen.
Quiz-Antworten: Gespeichert wird, welche der vorgegebenen Antwortkarten ihr gewählt habt — damit euer Partner sie in der Auswertung sehen kann. Es gibt keine Freitext-Eingaben.
Gerätewechsel: Wenn ihr die App neu installiert, hinterlegt das neue Gerät kurzzeitig eine Anfrage mit eurem Vornamen, die euer Partner bestätigen muss. Sie wird nach der Entscheidung sofort gelöscht.
Erinnerungen und Benachrichtigungen: Die tägliche Erinnerung plant euer Gerät für sich selbst. Schaltet ihr Erinnerungen ein, speichern wir zusätzlich eine technische Geräte-Kennung von Google (FCM-Token) und die eingestellte Sprache, damit euch die App benachrichtigen kann, wenn euer Partner geantwortet hat — und zwar in eurer Sprache. Der Token enthält keine persönlichen Angaben und wird gelöscht, sobald ihr die Erinnerungen ausschaltet oder die Verbindung trennt. Die Benachrichtigungen selbst enthalten keine Spielinhalte — nur den Hinweis, dass ihr dran seid.
4. Wo die Daten liegen
Wir nutzen Firebase (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland) für Authentifizierung und Datenspeicherung. Der Firestore-Speicherort ist die Region eur3 (Europa). Datenschutzerklärung von Google: policies.google.com/privacy
5. Werbung und Käufe
Diese Version enthält keine Werbung und keine In-App-Käufe. Es sind keine Werbenetzwerke eingebunden, es werden keine Werbe-IDs verarbeitet. Sollte sich das in einem späteren Update ändern, aktualisieren wir diese Erklärung und die Angaben zur Datensicherheit im Play Store vorher.
6. Keine Weitergabe, kein Verkauf
Wir verkaufen keine Daten und geben sie nicht zu Werbezwecken an Dritte weiter, die über den oben genannten Dienstleister hinausgehen.
7. Speicherdauer & Löschung
Die Daten bleiben gespeichert, solange die Paar-Verbindung besteht.
Löschen in der App: Unter Optionen → Datenschutz → „Alle unsere Daten löschen" werden Fortschritt, Punkte, Namen, Fotos und das Paar-Dokument selbst sofort und endgültig gelöscht — für beide Partner, ohne Umweg über eine E-Mail.
Nur trennen: Unter Optionen → Verbindung trennen löst ihr nur dieses Gerät aus der Verbindung. Der Fortschritt bleibt erhalten, und mit demselben Code kommt ihr jederzeit zurück.
Alternativ genügt eine E-Mail an info@siinovation.net mit eurem Paar-Code; wir löschen dann innerhalb von 30 Tagen.
8. Eure Rechte
Ihr habt das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch (Art. 15–21 DSGVO) sowie das Recht auf Beschwerde bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde. Zuständig ist der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.
9. Kinder
Die App richtet sich an Erwachsene und Jugendliche ab 13 Jahren und ist nicht für Kinder unter 13 Jahren bestimmt.
10. Änderungen
Bei Änderungen aktualisieren wir diese Erklärung und passen das Datum oben an.

2. Our principle
Two Ways. One Us is a quiz for couples. Everything you create in the app is meant for the two of you and no one else. We do not sell data, we show no advertising, and we use no tracking or analytics services.
3. What data we process
The app works without a user account. We do not ask for an email address, a phone number or a postal address. A first name and a profile photo are optional — both are visible only to the two of you.

First name: You enter it when connecting, so the app can address you by name. You may use any name or nickname and can change it at any time under Partner.
Profile photo: Only if you pick one from your gallery yourself. It is downscaled and compressed; only that small copy is stored, never the original file. There is no face recognition and no other automated analysis. You can remove the photo at any time.
Quiz answers: We store which of the given answer cards you picked, so your partner can see them in the results. There are no free-text entries.
Changing devices: If you reinstall the app, the new device briefly leaves a request containing your first name, which your partner has to confirm. It is deleted as soon as they decide.
Reminders and notifications: The daily reminder is scheduled by your device itself. If you switch reminders on, we additionally store a technical device identifier from Google (FCM token) and your selected language, so the app can tell you — in your language — when your partner has answered. The token contains no personal details and is deleted as soon as you switch reminders off or disconnect. The notifications themselves contain no game content — only the hint that it is your turn.
4. Where the data is stored
We use Firebase (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) for authentication and data storage. The Firestore location is the eur3 (Europe) region. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
5. Advertising and purchases
This version contains no advertising and no in-app purchases. No ad networks are integrated and no advertising IDs are processed. Should this change in a future update, we will update this policy and the Play Store data safety declaration beforehand.
6. No sharing, no selling
We do not sell data and do not pass it on for advertising purposes to third parties beyond the service provider named above.
7. Retention & deletion
Data is kept for as long as the couple connection exists.
Delete in the app: Under Options → Privacy → “Delete all our data”, progress, points, names, photos and the couple document itself are deleted immediately and permanently — for both partners, with no detour via email.
Disconnect only: Under Options → Disconnect you only remove this device from the connection. Your progress stays, and the same code brings you back at any time.
Alternatively, an email to info@siinovation.net with your couple code is enough; we will delete the data within 30 days.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
9. Children
The app is intended for adults and teenagers aged 13 and over. It is not intended for children under 13.
10. Changes
If anything changes, we update this policy and adjust the date above.
